Candy Christmas Trees Project

My kids and I just made these to give to our family and friends along with our sugar cookies and fudge and they are SO delicious.

Thanks to a tip from fellow mompacker, Gwen from Suzanne’s Place we made peanut butter stuffed Bugles and dipped them in melted white chocolate from another mompacker’s site, AnOccasionalChocolate.com. These were easy to make and taste so great! The kids had a lot of fun stuffing the peanut butter into the bugles. (If you don’t know what Bugles are, they are a cone shaped corn chip/snack!) Gwen suggested using a pastry bag with a small tip to insert into the bugles but we didn’t have one so we just shoved it in there with knives. LOL! Then we had melted the white chocolate in the microwave (the stuff Cheryl sells is SO easy to work with!) and kind of rolled the stuffed bugle in it and then sprinkled some with colored nonpareils and stood them up on waxed paper.

The kids had a lot of fun making these - and eating them! They taste just like the white chocolate reese’s but a little crunchier! Enjoy!

How cute! You could also tint the white choc green and dip them completely - then roll them in the sprinkles. They would look like decorated trees!!! I love that!
